Got a val-pak ad and decided to call them last Thursday and selected to go to administrative staff and went to voicemail. I decided to visit the website and Google to see hours, Google had them open so I stopped by the office (2/10/22) to ask a few questions. Hours indicated they were open but they were not, I pushed the ring door bell and eventually got an automated message.

I called back today to see if they were open and a lady gave me a greeting that made me think I got a wrong number. It was hello and not a business greeting, she did confirm it was their office. I decided to pass based on the professionalism shown. I got a call shortly after from the business owner who said he didn't see what difference a greeting made and I probably did call the wrong number to "it was their call center" . This is why I'm leaving the review, if it was wrong how did he get the number to call back? The customer service wasn't great from the owner.

Since I can't speak to their knowledge and skill, I'm leaving three stars. They could be great at handling financial matters but from a service standpoint, it's lacking a bit.
