I've dealt with a lot of realtors since buying my first home way back in 1993 and Mary Llewellyn is the best, by far. Her team included professional photographers and exceptional, always-responsive assistants. They listed on Nov 1st, found us a buyer (at list price) inside of a week, and closed the sale on Dec 19. We got the absolute maximum price for our home and the transaction could not have been faster. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and feel incredibly blessed that we chose Mary. She made it a no-brainer, coming out within hours of my initial call and hours before personal travel. We HIGHLY recommend the Llewellyn Group to anyone selling in the southern PA, northern MD area.

Mary Llewelyn was the listing agent for the home I purchased. We closed and we had to come in and seriously clean the home. I bought at purchase price. There was food left in the refrigerator. Raw fish in the drawers. Oven doesn’t work. Floor, windows, walls. Everything was covered in a grease film and dust. Closing date was moved 3 times back. Please use caution when looking at homes. The filth was unbearable.
