Shannon is a truly kind, respectful, and professional person. A friend recommended her to me. Her assistance made our move from North Carolina to Pennsylvania, as first-time homebuyers, significantly easier. We were first time home buyers in Maryland and Shannon was so incredibly patient with us. We traveled from out of state and saw 9 houses in one day! Shannon took our feedback of the first few houses we saw and suggested seeing some that we hadn’t originally considered and we ended up making an offer on the last house we saw! Shannon walked us through the offer writing process, contingencies to include, worked with the title company and listing agent closely to ensure a smooth closing process! Shannon is so kind and cares about her clients—after we closed and received keys, we moved a few things into the house and when we left the next day, forgot to bring the trash cans back in. We asked Shannon if she could help us one last time and she was more than happy to do so! Thanks again Shannon for being so helpful and thoughtful throughout the home buying process!

Recently my daughter bought her first home. We knew it was going to be a fixer upper because of the price she was able to afford. I am so thankful Shannon was there to guide her through the process. Shannon did not try to just sell a house but tried to help my daughter find the house right for her. For over a year Shannon walked us through a variety of homes demonstrating an extensive knowledge of anything from potential foundation issues, electrical upgrades, mold, or other structural/safety issues. My daughter put a contract out on a few homes but was outbid. She got so disappointed, but Shannon assured her it was just part of the process. Finally, my daughter was able to purchase a home she could afford, in a nice neighborhood, and Shannon helped her navigate the final closing process. Shannon has a great sense of humor, and we will always remember the house with the talking birds. Shannon is wonderful and I highly recommend her for a first-time home buyer.

We hired Shannon to help us with our relocation from the Cincinnati area. From the start Shannon was most helpful. Initially we did not want to consider the location, but we loved the house. Shannon did a great job introducing us to the area and pointing out the many positives about our neighborhood. Once we made the purchase she stayed close through the building process and closing. If I could give 10 stars I would, Shannon is a true gem in the crazy world of real estate. Her years of experience and professionalism combined with her genuine personality and positive attitude made the entire buying process so much less stressful for us. She is truly invested in finding the best home that fits you and your needs and always offers helpful insight to make sure you’re considering the big picture. After years of attending home inspections, she has a keen eye for little details about homes that you may never otherwise notice. Almost everything our home inspector pointed out, Shannon had already mentioned to us in the initial showing as something that could potentially have came up, which we were so thankful for as we felt well prepared going into the process. I could go on and on, but I’ll sum it up with this, my husband and I are moving into our dream home, our forever home, and it is 100% thanks to Shannon!

Shannon truly is a perfectionist at her craft. She was professuonal and took the time to get to know what our needs and interests were for our new home. She was a true pleasure to work with and explained every detail before, during and after the home buying process. She made sure the lender, title company and others involved met her same expert level of service. Even with a last minute change to our titling and loan option on our new property, our close date never moved. Our time from initial view of our new home to the close was fast, pain free and problem free and was completed in about 30 days. A true expert in the market space that we recommend and will recommend to those seeking a true expert for their next home purchase or even selling their existing property.
