Update review to 4 stars: MBH reached out after my initial review and effectively and promptly resolved outstanding issues. It does appear that the management takes their customer's experience seriously, which I appreciate.

My recent experience with MBH is anything but satisfactory. Conversation to a real person on the case is hard to get. Any promise to get certain things done by x o'clock or day y never happened on time but much later, if ever happened at all. You get these standard emails from the portal that make you feel like they just wanted you to sign everything and so they can be done with it and collect your money. This is the worst and most impersonal closing experience I have had. Will not recommend this company.
