I went online, did some price quotes and with state farm it SEEMED the price was ABOUT the same, a little savings but not much so I didn't move fwd, it wasn't until Milly called me in Northern VA with final numbers that I discovered I would get MORE coverage for my auto & renters insurance but I would also save about $80 a MONTH!! (now this is based on my low mileage and no insurance claims) so its NOT the same for everyone but honestly for me... just talking to Milly, saved me ALOT of money for more coverage. I am really 100% satisfied as of right now. 🙂

We were very satisfied customers of Gene Kim's State Farm Agency in Falls Church for many years. Anh Nguyen took it over in January 2025. That month we asked her office to fix a billing problem - our being billed for insurance on a vehicle totaled in an accident and already paid out by State Farm. Since then we have been trying unsuccessfully to get her office to act. I even went by the office and met her. Shortly thereafter, with the bill still not corrected, I finally got through their interminable voice mail system (they never answer the phone immediately and never return calls promptly - or at all). I was told the problem would be fixed and she would call me the next day. Neither thing happened. Today, a week later, her "scheduler" called. We've already moved to another agent!
