The short version - We love our agent Scott Jefferson at Clarke and Sampson and I've lost count how many times I've recommended him to friends/ neighbors through the NextDoor app. So, stop waiting and just reach out and get a free quote.
Long version - When my husband and I first bought our home I sought quotes from quite a few insurance agencies. Scott & the Clarke & Sampson group got the best deal for us and were light years ahead of the competitors in customer service and responsiveness. I'd never taken care of my car insurance before (parents did it) and never had a house so it was all new to me. Scott was very patient and informative as we worked out our coverage. I also enjoyed that we set up everything remotely and didn't even need to go into the office.

Scott has continued to be extremely responsive with any questions I have or mishaps from big to small like a stolen car & cracked windshield.

I think many people don't realize a good insurance agent can also be an advisor & advocate for you - not just someone to shop around for a good deal. When I first looked around for an agent many of them came across as just "shoppers." Scott's been generous with his time and knowledge from the start. The perk is he also found us a great deal.

& I'm not friends with him personally or get any benefit for referring, just a long winded lady with an honest opinion. 😊
