Words cannot express the appreciation I have for Mrs. Susie Mccoy and her team. They have been looking out for me for over 20 plus years through so many of my life changes. My parents as well. People used to ask me why I stay with AllState and it's only because of the customer service I receive from her team.

Was switched here automatically from a previous Allstate location that closed. This place is horrible. They cancelled my policy and automatically reinstated it. I was out of the Country and when I returned, I received this notice and called to discuss. This was my first time encountering my new Representative and she was rude, uncaring and extremely flip. I immediately called Allstate to switch to another Allstate Office. Susana McCoy’s Allstate Insurance Office (Clinton Agency Inc) is definitely not recommended, she does not know how to treat customers.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, Sue is awesome and really cares about her clients.
Anytime I've called to ask a question or have a concern Ryan has been wonderful, he is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain so you understand. I couldn't ask for a better team handling my insurance needs. You guys ROCK!

I absolutely love Susana McCoy: Allstate Insurance Agency, but Ryan McCoy especially. I have insured multiple vehicles and properties with this agency and there has never been a time that Ryan has not assisted me with TOP TIER service. Thank you Ryan for ALWAYS returning my calls promptly and for providing professionalism, knowledge and most importantly patience. It hasn't gone unnoticed!
