Apologies for the delay. On April 9th John reached out to me for feedback from our visit from the Samsung tech to address our washer issues. The tech arrived on time as scheduled and performed a thorough diagnosis and determined the drain pump needed replacing. He then contacted Samsung for part availability and stated he would relay his findings to Real Property Management.

John l also confirmed our chimney cleaning and electrical issue appointments for April 10th. Both appointments were met at the times scheduled and their work was satisfactorily completed and resolved.

John and I also discussed some minor things like touch up painting that I could do if the landlord approved. He also asked if I was satisfied with the siding replacement which I had not noticed was done. He was very attentive and sincere about us being comfortable with the home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not use this company!!!

Rpm was nothing but a headache from early on and I would never suggest anyone to use them. Starting from early on in the lease,

Unclear Answers
Within the first week of moving in I had contacted my property manager because we had a lock box for mail and we were told they would be providing a key. As we lived behind the main house on the property in an in law apartment. To which I was told repeatedly over the phone that I needed to go to the post office to get the key. Even after explaining that it wasn’t a mailbox but a lock box the homeowner had installed. I was still given the same answer.

Maintenance
While I understand they must get the owners approval before doing any work, my roomate was walking down the steps and one of the wood boards broke and he fell through the step. We submitted the request with pictures to have it fixed and it then took 2 weeks to get it fixed. Which was a massive safety hazard considering we had an entire board missing. We had to reach out again to see when it would be fixed when they finally reached out to the owner again. This situation was not handled with any urgency by them and left us with a dangerous situation.

End Of Original Lease
At the end of our original lease my roommate was moving out while I was considering going month to month until I could find a new place. I asked if this was an option and was told yes. I told my property manager Rose that I would have to decide and would get back to her in a few days. She then proceeded to call my roommate a couple days later thinking she was calling me and asked if he was staying to which he replied no, since he was moving out. She then reached out to the owner and said neither of us were staying after the lease was up. This led to confusion as the owner was being told a bunch of different things that made it seem like we kept changing our minds when in reality I never changed my mind on anything the incorrect person was contacted.

Move Out and Move Out Inspection
When I moved out of the property the move out process was the worst ordeal of all. I had sent an email in the proper amount of time requesting to be present for the move out inspection. This email was never responded to and the inspection was done without me there. This is a violation of the lease given i requested to be present and was never notified. I spoke with the inspector 3 days before move out. Which she had no idea I was moving out. She had called to go over snow removal and at the end of the call i mentioned I was moving out in a few days. Had this snow removal call never happened who knows when i would have been notified of move out procedures as up to this point there had been no communication. Again on this call nothing was said of when the inspection would actually be. And even if it had been it was 3 days before move out and I have a busy schedule, being as I requested to be there even if they had told me on that call it might of been too late by that point. I should have been contacted after my email was sent and scheduled a date for me to be there. The inspection itself was nonsense. They tried to charge us with multiple charges that in my opinion and others in the business I have spoken to, stretch the limits of what is even legal to charge me for. The charges were excessive to the point where the homeowner stepped in and asked them to waive the charges as he also found them to be excessive. They attempted to charge us for all the carpets to be cleaned even though they had been cleaned the day before. When asked about this I was told “It’s up to the opinion of the inspector if they had been cleaned” The carpets were in perfect shape!!. I then received a very nasty and unprofessional call from Gail. Where I was asked what difference me being there would have made. When in reality it is none of their business why I wanted to be there. It is my right and it was ignored and then I was treated badly for complaining that my right was ignored. DO NOT use this company.

Gretchel Clairvoyance is both a professional and excellent communicator as a Maintenance Coordinator for RPM Gold. She has gone out of her way for me several times to schedule appointments with vendors and always ensures the maintenance has been completed. I am always reassured when I know she is handling the coordination of maintenance requests.

Overall, great experience all the way from the communication of the maintenance coordinator when we reached out to address the issue to the follow up once it was resolved. Very good customer service and great attention to detail. RPM Gold addressed the issues with concern and were attentive to the issue. Gretchel Clairvoyance was very responsive throughout the entire process. The plumber was timely and very knowledgeable about the issue. Resolved it same day. Overall, A+.
