Amy Chong was our tour guide. We looked at Many apartments and factored in everything , love the apartment and location so we decided to apply because of Amy , she goes the extra mile and treats people with respect and does her best to help with everything. She has answered all our questions, answers and calls back promptly. Thank you for the experience. Best leasing agent we have had thus far.

St Charles at Olde Court

I am two weeks into a years lease and dread the next 11 months. The staff, while very polite, doesn't seem to care about their tenants. They have an automated secure package room for deliveries but all of the lockers are full and it renders the room useless to residents needing to use it. They also have a trash

This review is specifically for the random woman that approached me after she pulled into the parking lot at minutes to 8 in the morning while I was minding my business (on the phone) and walking my dog. She interrupted my phone call DEMANDING to know what building I live in. I was distracted on the phone so I initially thought she was interested in the location so I responded. She began asking me a slew of questions including "What kind of dog is that?; Is it registered?; Am I allowed to have it here? it looks like a restricted breed; What's your apartment number?; What's your name?" before she finally introduced herself as the General Manager "Keisha". It was highly inappropriate and I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I felt unnecessarily harassed. I have lived here for 2 years with my service dog. I am not obligated to answer personal questions for a total stranger. It was by far the most bizarre interaction and there are far better ways to handle the situation/ ask questions than she did.

I had some some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed at my residence. Brandon Minor came in and repaired the microwave as well as fixed the blinds were not working . Great service.

Amy is one leasing officer that I highly recommend. She is proactive, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and is definitely a keeper. As a business owner, I can see a real talent and she needs to be encouraged, mentored and groomed for the upper levels

My lovely neighbor and I decorated our hall space to make it looked warm and inviting at our home at the Ingram Manor Apartments.

So where do I start? I have a stable job and I am not a bum. I paid my rent and it didnt go through the system. I was then charged a $100 late fee and was banned from paying online as this is the second time the “rent didnt go through.” Their automatic payment system has a $50 fee to use it, so it forces you to do it manually every month and HOPE that it goes through. Now, I am required to go to my bank every month to pay for a cashiers check in which they dont get taxed on as its cash! David S brown is extremely predatory! Rent here with caution they will try to screw you any way they can!

HORRIBLE!!! The people at the leasing office do what they can, but corporate ties their hands. I was supposed get a credit on my May rent. It was only partial, and accounting has yet to respond to the leasing office and correct it. They also forced us to stay here. In the middle of a pandemic we weren't allowed to go month to month or give less notice than the 60 days required in order to do possible research for another residence. After filling out a completely new application we were supposed to get an additional move in credit for June. According to leasing our apartment won't be ready until 6/15, but corporate requires us to move in by 6/14 to receive the credit -___-. We're literally moving downstairs and could move at any time, but they're being difficult. And try calling corporate to speak to some. No one EVER calls you back. Once we're out of this pandemic I'm seriously considering seeking legal council to attempt to get out of my lease. I feel bad for the employees, because decisions aren't really up to them, but they have to uphold them.
