Robyne Maggio has been very helpful and prompt with answering questions about a delayed payment posting and hunting down extra details to make sure my account was properly up to date. She was also great at helping me with submitting my exterior alteration application. I found her to be very professional and quick to respond, which is exactly what we should expect from a property management company. Thank you, Robyne!

If I could give zero stars, I would. What I witnessed at a recent HOA meeting was not just unprofessional—it was outrageous and completely unacceptable for a company that is supposed to serve a community.

When a homeowner calmly voiced a concern about Tidewater's performance, the community manager lost all composure, interrupting, shouting, and saying, "I'm not going to sit here and take this. You're a liar."

Instead of responding professionally, he engaged in a prolonged argument until I intervened to restore order.

This level of hostility from a supposed professional is unprecedented in any consumer-oriented business. Even worse, when I reported this alarming behavior to the company, they didn’t bother to respond—showing a complete disregard for accountability and the residents they are paid to serve.

If you’re considering working with Tidewater, think twice. A management company that tolerates outright hostility toward homeowners and ignores serious complaints is one that no community should trust.

Their poor account management and communication will have you paying large fees with short notice.

I reached out within a week of settlement to set up my accounts but was told that someone would reach out for that. Three months later I receive an outstanding balances for 2 accounts. After I contacted them, I was told to disregard the notice since my settlement check came in late and would cover all my fees but they would notify me if they didn't. A month later, I received a final notice for even larger fees in each account. Jordan Andrews assisted quickly to make my accounts viewable to me in the app and Sheri Courtock removed the delinquent fees after I paid each large bill. A week after I was assured all me accounts were fixed, I am receiving a notice for another outstanding balance in a third account that I was told from the beginning was paid. As if paying 3 separate HOA fees wasn't absurd enough, I have to deal with the heavy fees of their poor management of them.

I would like to express how utterly disappointed I am with the personals of Tidewater Property Management. Especially with Ms Heidi Liester and her team. As a home owner and customers we are supposed to receive service not ignorance. I have made multiple attempts to get help for the broken payment platform but for some reason all I got general statement via email. No response to the calls or anything. I cannot describe how unprofessional they are.
RESPONSE for the LIES which has been posted by the Tidewater Office:

I have proven multiple times that your payment system is broken and useless. I still do have the emails and screenshots which clearly shows that the system was no functional back then. The mentioned dates are my current emails after receiving collection notice. You guys make up lies instead of doing your job and serving your customers. I will take this case to the court if it is necessary. You yourself admit that the system was no accepting payments. I will not let you guys patronize your customers whom are you supposed to serve.
Your office is the one that is suppose to recall the collection.. apologize properly and then I have NO issues making the payments. Why do I need to deal with a collection firm if your system is not working properly.

As a vendor who has completed many projects, both small and large, I can say with confidence that Tammy Eaton is one of the best and most professional managers in the industry. She has been both supportive and firm leading up to and during the project clearing the way for Regent to complete the job we were asked to deliver. I have personally recommended Tammy to other vendors as well as friends looking to relocate to a beautiful, waterfront community. Regent and I look forward to working with Tammy to help Queens Landing continue to be a premier community.

We're all human and mistakes sometimes happen. Tidewatery Property Management promptly corrected there posting error.
I received a late condo notice for my monthly bill. I immediately sent bank documentation verifying payment. Within hours I received an email from Tidewater explaining why my payment was misapplied by them. Thank you Marie Saar and Jordan Andrews for handling this so fast.

While seeking to get a permit approved from my HOA, Robyne Maggio immediately responded to my emails, provided the application, and a brief description of why each item was needed. Most impressively, she provided me with a letter approving my application the next business day after I submitted it. I couldn’t ask for a more attentive and swift process.
