Without the help and expertise of Keisha, I don't know how the past several years of my insurance needs would have been met. After multiple years of on time payments and very few claims submitted .not to mention a accident free 2023 . I changed addresses and the company raised my policy $100 dollars monthly about $1200 overall for same policy same coverage. I communicated I couldn't afford that and they offered no alternatives. I only missed aprils payments. I made a payment last month towards balance owed i was told that payment was not seen in the system and that I hadn't paid in 3 months . And while speaking to the representative named keisha she then mentions i am in the system as defaulting on payments for a previous policy I had for a different vehicle but im certain I called in and cancelled the policy when i sold the vehicle . With that being said this is being considered my 2nd time defaulting on payments with the company when it's really my 1st . 2nd time offenders can not be offered another policy according to Keisha and associates. Now I am being fined by Mva for being an uninsured motorist . I received an email saying my balance was $400 but when I called Keisha to pay she said my balance was 950 . I can't renew my registration now. There are fees and flags being put on my license. I will probably have to forfeit my car . I was with this company since 2017 .no more than 2 no fault accidents reported on my behalf. I am completely shocked and hurt by how I was treated and the chain of events caused by this treatment .
