We started with Matt and Gina about two years ago for business insurance. We eventually moved over our vehicle coverage with them (he beat our previous companies prices by a lot). They have been absolutely fantastic! The level of customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in any field, not just insurance. Gina has helped us on numerous occasions with things we’ve needed for customers while not even in the office or right at closing time. Matt and his team are like extended family. They are easy going, answer your calls, and help in any way possible. I highly recommend them. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars out of five because they are just THAT GOOD. Lee anne and the Boudreau insurance team have been fantastic! I have used the Matt Boudreau insurance agency since around 1991. They cold called me on the phone one Sunday afternoon and promised me a complete quote the following week. They were reasonable in price, less than the Allstate package that I had at the time and I wanted to go with a company that had the time and was local enough to give me personal advice and coverage. I've stuck with them ever since. If ever something comes up I call them and ask them to handle it and they do. Just did that a month or so ago. I could go on but if you've read this far, you get it. If you want to cheap go Geico, right? I just feel at ease with Boudreau and I'll stay, thanks!
