My husband and I opened a driving school and we had previously dealt with 2 insurance companies regarding coverage, etc. The first place couldn't even spell the name of our business correctly and the second place the staff that I met and spoke with on several occasions were very rude. Chris Weller was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to make sure all was done correctly, had on going open door/open communication and made my husband and I feel as though we could ask questions as much as possible. He really is easy to work with and was very knowledgeable.

Jennifer Montes was my agent. She never told me what my payment would be for my insurance and promised to CALL ME before charging me ANYTHING. She took my payment method ahead of time so that she would only have to call me and send over the documents the day of. I called the office Friday 5/12 and asked for a phone call before I would be charged Monday. Come to Monday 5/15 and more than $1200 is gone from my account without warning. She claimed I was making up that she would call me at all and “she didn’t know what the problem was” after explaining three times. I told her I’d just like to move on with another agency but something needs to be done about this.
