WOW! WOW! WOW! I recently switched to State Farm and had the chance to work hand in hand with Cam, and this process was seamless. He went above and beyond and answered all of my questions. Cam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and even after, he made sure that I received all of my policy documents and even ensured that I was able to access them through the app. Cam was not only able to offer me auto insurance but he was able to offer me so many other options and I was able to accept those as well for myself and my family. Straight crooks! Inflation is one thing but for insurance agents to intentionally enter incorrect information in the computer to get a higher quote is absurd. When I spoke with Scott I was very clear that I only drive my vehicles between 5-10k miles a year because I have several. Upon checking for a better rate I was told my wife's suv was driven 45k a year. Considering she works from home I don't know how that's possible and I clearly specified that to him. My mustang went from 5k to 10k. Long story short these insurance companies are all crooks and want the biggest buck. You just have to be wise enough to catch all their lies and games. They'll do anything for a dollar....very sad. I do not recommend

When I spoke to the female representative who was going over my policy she stated that there was even an underage driver listed but she quickly changed her story after I almost screamed. Bottom line is I don't like liars and scammers who do anything for a dollar and I will not be calling your office to hear more lies. I've moved on to someone else who offered the same coverage with lower deductible saving me lots of money. How long will it last? I don't know but I will take my chances. Thanks.

Recently we had an issue and had to take our 4
RV in for repair. A soft spot on the floor turned out being a much larger problem. The repair shop recommended talking to our insurance company and I got so worried. I called and explained the situation and things coasted from there. Other than my filing the claim, they took over. They managed the situation with the repair shop and quickly and efficiently handled our claim. The next thing we had our RV back and fixed. I just want to express our appreciation in such wonderful service !!

Huge shout out to the quick responses and communication from Terrie with Scott Holley's State Farm office. Once I created a claim through the 888 line I immediately was contacted. Knowing I was about to go on vacation the next day with family Terrie brought me back to a sense of calm. Terrie made several calls and emails just to check on me, the progress and to ask how my trip was with my mother went.
