This location has a hard time communicating with their customers, and I do not feel like a priority. I once called this location asking for a quote for a new vehicle, and I needed answers in the next 2-3 days. I was never called back, nor was I even at least emailed. I do understand that Allstate has other customers other than myself, but to receive no kind of response is unacceptable.

I have requested numerous times, due to the lack of customer priority, that I would like to be removed from the Keyma Fludd branch. Since that has not happened, I will be looking for insurance elsewhere in the future.

I had Allstate on and off over many years, and thought I was getting great rates for great services, until other companies called, present me with a little better offer, then I would switch to the offering company.
Late last year someone refer me to Keyma Fludd Agency. I mused at the referral, being very skeptical, but decided to make the called. As she began explaining the benefits, and discount available to me, I became more skeptical. I thought the price would have been through the clouds. how surprise I was to hear the cost much lower than what I had previously, for more coverage than I ever had. I was completely sold and sign up immediately. Today, I am confident that I chose the best of the best.
