I've been with them (I think it started with his father) when my mom put me on her car insurance when I first got my driver's license thirty years ago, but Michael's firm has always been friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and his team. They are great.

Well to start I’ve known this man for several years and I can say he is a scam!! He has been over charging me for 4 years now and I have currently moved on to another insurance agency who offered me $100 less than what he offered Being I was an existing customer! That to me was a complete betrayal and I will never go back to his practice or encourage anyone to get insurance from his office! Don’t let his smooth talking abilities fool you. Not to mention his office was always unorganized and smelly.

I've been with Allstate several months now and Michael Terry has been my agent from the beginning. I am very pleased with Mr. Terry's responsiveness and how he watches out for additional savings that I could (and often do) qualify for. Unfortunately shortly after joining Allstate, my car ignition had to be replaced because someone tried to steal my car and damaged the ignition in the process. Mr. Terry was sympathetic and helped me through the claim process. His assistance is and will always be greatly appreciated!

Allstate has been good to me along with my Agent Michael. I had a claim late July 2017 from a tornado and although very scary and unfortunate to experience, I will say that the claim process was not as painful as I had previously imagined. Michael also calls me to adjust my coverage periodically to help me save where I can and that is very appreciated for my tight budget! I just bought a house and bundled that with my car insurance so hoping that is just as satisfying!
