Update. For future reference. You should not be lazy and not send a mail notice. You say you tried multiple times to contact me. But failed to send it in the mail. If you was out to help the customer. You would do what it takes to notify them to keep them as a client.
Could of helped me get the problem resolved.

So you say you have been trying to contact me since July 2024. Never sent anything in the mail? That's laziness. Soon as erie sent me the notice of cancelation. I called you.

Use at your own risk. Worthless customer service ever. Not here to help the client.
What happened to customer service. Ed Cooper made this company so much better.

Very rude and dishonest. Are not here to help you. Check Adam 73 review. He clearly understands what's wrong with this insurance company. This company has dropped so far with customer service since the name was changed. They do not inform you properly. When you call. They are so rude. Cari, Julia and the other girl. Need better training.

If you want a place to cancel your insurance without notification in the mail. This is the place. I have 2 children that live in this house. 1 with type 1 diabetes. 1 with weak immune system. Cari Pinnix never sent anything in the mail to give me time to find help for my roof. Erie had to send the paper. But 3 weeks prior to the cancelation. Why would they not send a letter the same way Erie did, to help the client keep the insurance? This company is not here to help you. They will sell you out. When u need them. They won't return calls. It's so hard to get thur to someone when your in need. Ed would give you his personal number. Ed would go out of his way for his customers. Not Cari... Not Mader insurance group.
So much better when it was Performance insurance group. When people actually cared.

I needed some help making changes to my auto insurance, because I bought a used 2021 automobile and traded-in my Subaru. I reached Alex Sawyer who was just pleasantly professional but most of all completely enjoyable to talk to and he handled my needs. I think we all know what a refreshing joy, it is to receive GREAT customer service and that is what transpired.

Anyway, he requested me to send him exactly two things he needed to get my new auto covered right away so I was completely happy. I have had one major accident in the 25-35years I have been with Eire (C Mader) and some fender benders and I have always had as good an experience as I could have hoped.
