This is the biggest mistake you could ever make by signing a contract with the company. They did nothing to assist with my claim which was to repair my home roof and water leakage in a bathroom. There was no oversight, lack of communications throughout the entire length of the process and absolutely no updated feedback. It took a year to settle our claim using Metro. It took many phone calls and emails in trying to understand what they actually suppose to be accountable for. Each payment made by our official insurance company they took their 35% immediately. At the end of it all, we were out of pocket $6000 additional dollars. If you have signed a contract with them immediately cancel it! I wrote the company to address our concerns and never received a reply. They do not care!!!!

They are thieves and do not accept accountability for anything but their 35% which they take right off the top.

This company is the worst company ever. They’re going to take your money and do nothing. It’s almost like they have an agreement with your insurance company. They’re taking 35% of the money you get from your insurance company. Which leaves the homeowner without enough money to do there project most of the time. I really think that a class action lawsuit should be filed against these criminals. I myself am seeking a lawyer on my clients behalf. What these people are doing is very unjust. Spread the word to anyone that may think about doing business with this company. I’m even thinking about getting the media involved.

I have used them for serious matters in my home. Their help in getting me the funds I deserved was greatly appreciated to the point I studied and took the exam for a license myself. All those who are complaining should have asked for another adjuster. I am very sorry for your losses and for the way you were treated over the phone or emails. Not all Public Adjusters are bad. Perhaps the one you dealt with was very new and did not know what the heck he or she was doing which could be the fault of the trainer. Again, I'm very sorry you feel that way and hope that all of your home issues were resolved. Sometimes clients don't understand the processes that takes place. When it takes 4 to 6 months it's because of the insurance company's negotiation period, not the adjuster. Sometimes the claims are denied and there is nothing anyone can do. Remember, this work is to be compared to the work of an attorney. No one complains about the percentage and the amount of time it takes to settle a claim dealing with their attorney. It may take one to two years to settle those claims. Four to six months is a little extravagant but not out of the norm in this business. If you settled a claim with your insurance company they will offer you $3,000 when you could have gotten $15,000. That is the nature of the business. I'm not making excuses for an untrained adjuster but just want everyone to understand the nature of the business and that when negotiations are taking place it will take time. You can settle for whatever the insurance company offers but then you will ask yourself what will you need an adjuster for if you can do it yourself. It's like going to court on a large case without an attorney. Woe to you. An adjuster will help get you the money you need to fix everything, if there is a legitimate claim. They also help you to understand everything you are entitled to. Most people don't know. Everyone is so caught up on their rates going up. Guess what? It will go up if you file or not. We are all paying for claims paid out to others even if we never ever file a claim. The insurance companies have been taking your money for years. You might as well put in yours and get a piece of that pie!

I had a flood in my home and sustained property and structural damage. I am very appreciative of Metro and their Rep Dan Rosenbaum who were highly compoetent, very professional, quick turnaround in issuing compensation payments, and advocating on my behalf with the insurance company. They guided me through the process with compassion and expertise.

This company is out to get money. They will file acla on your behalf and you have to give them 35% if YOUR claim. You must mail the check to them and they will deduct there salary from your insurance claim. Never ever again!

This company is a scam! Do your homework before doing anything with these thieves!
