Angela LaRowe, words can not convey the feeling or meaning regarding the absolute joy it has been meeting, conversing, working together with this woman. I just can not describe how it truly feels within my heart knowing good people like her exist, and are out there in this crazy world we live in today. She went above and beyond to help me establish my insurance after it was canceled due to an error that prevented me from knowing it had been canceled in the first place. I want to thank her underwriter as well. Please, look for Angela if you want a real person who will work to improve your life. She is just the best...

This is a review for the superb service that has been provided to me by Angela LaRowe (I do business with her in NC).

Last may (2021) I was having issues getting my license without insurance, and getting insurance without a license…after being given the run around I posted in a Facebook group asking if anybody could help me figure out what was going on and how to remedy the problem…and Angela came to the rescue!

She DM’d me and explained what was going on, and told me she’d be more than willing to help me out. She went above and beyond. I can’t emphasize that enough: ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Since then I’ve had two or three situations where I was having trouble getting in direct contact with my insurance company, or finding answers I needed. At any time I contacted Angela she could have said “here’s the number for the insurance company I set you up with, they’ll help you,” and she never did that.

It always feels like she “drops everything” to assist me…and it’s very rare nowadays to feel like someone is prioritizing your needs. She is also just a genuinely nice and caring person, and always asks how I’m doing!!

I should have left this review a long time ago, and I’ve had plenty of times that Angela has helped me out and I could have left 4 reviews at this point.

I haven’t dealt with anybody else at B&M, but even if they’re only half as helpful as Angela, they’d still be leaps and bounds better than anybody else I’ve dealt with.

Thank you for all your help, and providing some of the best service I’ve ever had, with anything.
