This HOA management company is unethical and literally a scam. They keep raising HOA dues on home owners because others refuse to pay their HOA dues . It is not our fault that others aren’t paying their HOA dues. It is also unfair to ask for a 1300 dollar random payment because others aren’t paying their HOA dues. Stay away and do not buy a condo managed by this company.

Like our rep who really does care and tries. The Company itself does not even approach professional. Records are stored in boxes strewn about the office making it nearly impossible for them to find documents when needed. No one EVER, EVER, EVER answers the phone or returns messages. Appears zero investment to ensure equipment their team members use remains reliable and up to date. Hopeful at some point our community with walk away from these folks. Perhaps they are a bit cheaper (don't know) than others but in this case, you get what you pay for. Take a pass on this one.

Mark the owner is absolutely unqualified to be in the position as a contact for a management for a condo association. He has aligned himself with HAOs needs and done nothing for the peoples who pay his fees. He doesn’t stand up to HOA and refuses to answer owners questions. He misses Monthly meetings that he should be in charge of . He has refused to allow us to look at records that are legally protected for us to see. I hope he understands the legal ramifications he has played him self right into.please don’t participate with this company. As they have no sense of intelligence to even be a reliable advisory.

Company takes on too many clients without enough staff to effectively manage properties. Disappointing choices. In the past I've been pleased, but it's gotten worse and worse in 2024.

Unable and unwilling to answer basic questions asked of him. Does not provide HOA documents when requested by owners. Unprepared for meetings. Zero confidence in accurate record keeping. Stay aware from this company if you can or vote him out as fast as you can.
