When I relocated to Ann Arbor from California in 2022, I called several leasing companies and Allie at Eladott was the only one to call me back. She was extremely helpful in going through all the options they had and guided me to where I am now at Huron River Flats. Because I was still in California, she met with my local parents, and showed them several apartments and even helped my non-tech parents facetime me during the showing. I am in a gem of an apartment at Huron River Flats overlooking the Huron River. It's clean, quiet, with plenty of parking, and is close to the Arb and walking trails. Cody and the maintenance team are so quick in fixing any issues and are wonderful at keeping the place clean and maintained. Cody was even nice enough to let me plant a few veggies in his garden, and I have a space for my own herb pots. 🙂

I am now moving into a house in the area and am sad to leave, but couldn't have asked for a better team at Eladott to make me feel at home here, thanks to Allie and Cody. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very happy with Eladott's customer service! They’ve been wonderful at communicating and providing support when we needed it most. Our original unit flooded, and property manager Alexandria Vann went above and beyond to help us find temporary housing and then move us into a new unit within the management. She was available even during the weekend and made the entire process much smoother. We truly appreciate her dedication and care throughout this experience! <3

I would not recommend renting with Eladott.

I recently moved into one of their apartment's. It was filthy when I arrived. It was covered in dog hair, dirt, and kibble from the previous tenant. I informed the management who said it was not their responsibility and did nothing.

They also threatened to have my car towed because the landlord sold my parking spot at a time when the lease permitted me to use the spot.

Anytime I bring a concern to management I am met with an abrasive, rude tone.

One positive is if I wear reviewing BrightLine maintenance I would give them 5 stars because they have been great.

I had a very poor experience with Elladot. I would not recommend due to poor customer service and management. I took over an apartment as a sublease, they added me to the portal and accepted payments but also later said my sublease was not valid. I was contacted monthly for fees I did not owe, but the previous tenant owed. Midway through my sublease, they said they would move me into another apartment but then took it back. They said they would update the ripped up old carpets and paint but never did. They said they would try to fix the urine and smoke smell from the previous tenant but then just closed my ticket. They said they would give me a new lease or move me into another apartment but then took it back. We have taken great care of the apartment, always paid on time, washed the walls, cleaned the carpets, bought an ionizer to fix the smell, only to be met by attitude from the property manager Alexandria.

I rented with Eladott back in 2019, and I still talk about how pleasant my experience was! Specifically with Allie, who helped us out so much, with every little thing! From getting locked out to eventually returning keys when the lease was done, it was always so pleasant to see her in the office and be recognized by our names (even YEARS later when a mail mix-up happened). She's a customer service pro 🙂

My roommates and I had the BEST experience with Eladott this year. They are so responsive and helped us find the perfect house in Ann Arbor. Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly - we were in great hands. I would 100% recommend leasing with Eladott! (Also, their maintenance service is outstanding. If anything ever needed fixing their team had it fixed by the end of the day! 10/10)

We had a great experience renting through Eladott. They took over our apartment complex mid-lease and I immediately noticed an improvement in customer service. I worked mainly with Alexandria- she was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. In addition, repairs were taken care of quickly and the property was well maintained in general. Highly recommended!
