My wife and myself have been getting both my business and our personal taxes done by Davis Brothers since 2002. The staff have always been efficient, knowledgable, persistent, and always have the customer's needs at the forefront of their mind. There have been multiple times where they have not just submitted our taxes at the first run through. They have gone through our returns with a fine tooth comb until they have ensured that we have received the maximum refund allowable by US tax law. Our dealings with them have always been a pleasure. We've been going to Davis Brothers to have our taxes done for over 10 years and we've always been very pleased. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and competent, especially compared to national chain offices. I have been using Davis Bros for many years, and in spite of a rather complicated return (small business, large family, military, homeowner), they have done a fantastic job, and ensure that not only is our return done correctly, but they find deductions that I wouldn't have thought of, reducing our tax burden within the law. Before using them, we used an individual CPA and then Quicken's tax product. Davis has far exceeded both of those options. They are professional, and have been able to accommodate my full schedule with flexible hours. They keep good records and it's great to not have to start from scratch every year. I can't imaging using anyone else, and have recommended them to several people who have also been pleased.

I was AUDITED by the IRS because of them!

We used their service for a few years, they were friendly and helpful and didn't hesitate to use them again, honestly who wouldn't?. They are great until there is a problem, like an IRS audit. Then they don't return phone calls or if you show up they make excuses and blame computers. Very unprofessional behavior. Not once did anybody lend any apology or have the decency offer a solution to work this problem out. They are masters of getting you out the door leaving you with the Audit problem they caused. All the evidence points to Davis Brothers inputing wrong numbers in the wrong lines costing us several thousand dollars that we now have to pay the IRS within 30 days.

Do they refund you the money for the botched up return they did ? NOPE
Do they stand behind the work they do? NOPE
Did they EVER return even one phone call? NOPE
Would I recommend them? NOPE
