This was my first time having my taxes done here… I will say I am not pleased. Everything went fine with setting up the drop off and communication was great with Gale. It was until I picked up my taxes and went home to realize they had misspelled my address by a simple letter but that is not acceptable. Especially while doing a clients taxes and they are paying for a service!! I was charged $215 for my taxes and came with cash. I had to ask for the receipt which I thought was strange because I’m a cash client and people want receipts their records. I called the very next morning (in between a break period at work) to inform the address was wrong. Doris answered the phone and informed me she had already electronically filed after I left around 4:30pm. I respect the promptness of getting it filed but again this office should be dotting their I’s and crossing their T’s with something just as simple as the address. Now, I have to get this problem corrected. I explained the paranoia I have with a new tax accountant doing my taxes to Gale and Doris due to another accountant committing fraud years ago which actually traumatized me. Then, this happens. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer.
