He was very patient with me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do or how much insurance I needed! Too many to mention. The only positive thing to say is that at least the staff and agent are super friendly and professional. This company( State Farm) is just the worst for car insurance. Also I told them three years ago my new address, which is an area where the rates are cheaper. They never changed my quote, and have been overcharging me for this whilentime. When I brought it to their attention they only want to refund me for one month, in my eyes, that is a crook.

Had been with state farm about 6yrs . I had carried liability with no break in policy . I recently bought a truck with a bank loan so I needed full coverage, so thinking i had been a good paying customer for years thought I wouldn't have to shop around that they would give me a fair deal !!!! WRONG!!!!! they over charged me by almost $70 a month, no customer loyalty there ! Then still withdrew the outrageous amount from my account even after canceling now my Bill's are suffering. Not at all happy !!!!

I had the best customer service Agent. A lady name Cierra Glasscho at the Belair rd location. Very professional and caring for her customers needs. Very polite and have a great attitude. I am very satisfy and I highly recommend state to all my family and friends.

I had a horrible experience today. I called to get information about a insurance increase and ebony was so rude. She seemed as if I was bothering her for asking questions! Horrible service today. Very disappointed in her service. State Farm can do better!

Not only great service when one has a question..but due to some health issues ..the staff went above and beyond by coming to my car to get pay't. I very much appreciate that it showed caring on a different level. Kindness is important ...thanks again !!
