Bought a car this past Saturday.
Called & Amanda picked up.
She walked me through what all I needed to make sure I had.
She was extremely helpful.

I came in the next day (Sunday).

Just picked up my Tags & Registration today (Monday- Next day) & waiting for my title in the mail.

Everything got done extremely fast & Amanda was more than helpful with getting all this done for me.

Was super impressed with the 1st experience. Fast forward registered 3 vehicles at the Middle River location now over 5 months ago. Still no title and unable to get any responses from their staff. This is heart wrenching and I am scared to death they are a scam or dishonest. At a lost here due to unable to get any responses from the same phone number they were diligently responding from. Any advice here on how to get my paperwork turned into MVA?

I honestly wish I could leave a ZERO star review. DO NOT trust any of the good reviews you see on here. For starters, my husband and I have used this company for 4 vehicles now. We just got a new car and needed new tags asap (which is why you go to a tag & title shop instead of the MVA because it’s faster service.) The first time we came here they put on a show- met us there in a timely fashion per appointment and got us in and out. Each time we went here the service got worse and worse. The second time they had us waiting for them to get there 10-15 minutes after the appointment. We were fine as we understand traffic can do this. The 3rd time they met with us they were 30 minutes late. Each time we’ve tried to set up the appointment, they claim they are 24/7 but they mostly do not pick up the phone, if you’re lucky- you will get a text message response hours and sometimes, in my experience, 3 DAYS later. 24/7 service is not what you will get here because they take their time to get back to you and it’s SO difficult to get ahold of them most days to begin with. Now this time, I needed new tags ASAP as ours were expiring within the next 2 days from when we contacted him as there was a flag we had to fix with the MVA first that we weren’t told about. Once we fixed that with the MVA we called this place straight away to get our tags. I messaged them early morning and heard nothing back all day so I called later that evening and thankfully got right through this time. He literally told me on the phone that he saw my message but didn’t respond. The blatant disrespect is astronomical- DO NOT come here if you want professionalism. You won’t get it. Oh and btw, they’ve “got a new system now” so you HAVE to pay them hundreds of dollars in advance to them giving you tags or whatever you need them for. I had a friend VERY recently go to them (a few months ago) and they paid in advance but did not ever receive their tags. WHAT A SCAM!! I’ve read the reviews on here as well btw and the unprofessionalism continues. You’ll see how they really act if you read the 1 star reviews and see the owner’s responses.. I JUST read one where he responded to someone’s 1 star review saying it must be a prank. How delusional can you get. Just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. It would have been done faster AND less of a hassle/ stress if we had just gone to the MVA…

Purchased a car back in September used this business on a Sunday. Everything went fine. Still have NOT received my tittle from MVA. Tag and title pros only responses for several months is they are "locked out of their system". Still no title for me. MVA can not help me. Because the title has not been received electronically. So I turned on my tags still can't even sell the vehicle because I have no tittle

I got my tags and title done through this place a few months back. Fast forward to today, my cars transmission went out, and so i'm sending it to the scrap yard. I can't find the title anywhere, but i decide to go ahead and turn my tags in anyways so that i can cancel my insurance. Lo and behold, they never finished filing the paperwork, so I can't return my tags. Turns out they also never sent me a title according to the MVA because they never received all the paperwork. I called the place MULTIPLE times at multiple different times from different numbers, to be greeted by a voicemail system for a crab shack (i called the number listed on the door of the place, the google maps listing, and listed in the reviews). I decided to make the 50 mile trek to the (supposedly) 24 hour business to find an empty office. i waited outside the office for 4 and a half HOURS before leaving again. I have yet to come back to the place to get my title stuff sorted out, but this is the last time i'm using this business. For people who are self proclaimed professionals, this is the least professional experience i've ever had with any business.

Went to them in JULY 2024, just found out that they have not submitted the documentation to MVA. No one answers texts, or responds to calls.

Terrible drove over an hour to get here & the door was locked but had a light up open sign & we tried calling several time with no answer would not recommend to anyone

Update: What kind of owner waits 8 months to reply to a review & try’s to say that the bad reviews must be a prank. This was the only tag and title place that was supposed to be open on the day I went. I was trying to get my vehicle on the road asap. This really did happen to me & your shop said it was open online & the sign in the window said it was open the door was locked we called several times when we were outside of the establishment with no answer.
