Very bad customer service. My agent Frank was unresponsive and difficult to work with. They may be cheaper, but there’s a reason for it. After a parking lot incident, my agent threatened to drop my insurance if I filed a claim. I felt treated unfairly and unethically, so I switched providers as soon as possible.

Our experience with Donna Hufham over the years has been excellent! Her vast knowledge of the products, including Erie, that the Atlantic Insurance Group represents is top notch! I agree with Frank Rizzo. They are very unprofessional. DMV told me to report. I reported to Erie Insurance too, regarding my case.
Frank and his team working here are unprofessional and unethical. They are money minded and careless.

I called Donna Hufham (recommended by a friend) with Atlantic Insurance Group concerning a Home and Auto quote. She was wonderful to speak to and work with. Genuinely a nice person and not pushy. I had also made a couple of other phone calls for quotes and didn't have to put too much thought into going with Erie. Donna gave me a quote that I was happy with and her ease of personality made it an easy decision! Would definitely recommend Atlantic Insurance Group!

BEWARE! This agency is currently under investigation by the Maryland Insurance commission for several violations. Erie Insurance is a good company however selecting a bad agency may lead to unnecessary headaches. In comparing agencies in the area 3 different Eire agencies have shared they had numerous customers share bad experiences with them about this agency. Do your research, compare agencies and individual reps and choose wisely.

I have been with Atlantic Insurance Group for 14 years. Every year Brianna, the agent I work with, calls me to see if my circumstances are different and warrant changes. Anytime I have questions throughout the year she is available. The cost for coverage, both home and car, are reasonable and there has never been a major price increase.
