Melissa Izatt of Country Financial, provided great personal customer service, by scheduling an in-person meeting and answering and addressing all of my insurance questions and concerns. Melissa and her team are on it! I have transferred all of my policies to Country Financial because they are just amazing! I called them early last week with a HUGE request for a commercial liability insurance policy and they hopped right to it. They had my policy written and sent to me within the week and that is why I love working with them. I have known Melissa Izatt for almost 10 years and she has had our home, auto, life and financial policies for that time. I have never met a more dedicated, customer-focused insurance agent willing to back up her clients if ever necessary. She takes the time to help you understand what you are purchasing and why it’s important. You can call her office to help with changing coverages instead of having to call the customer service line, although that is available if you prefer. If you haven’t reviewed your insurance policies in awhile you should call and set up and appointment and see if she would be the right agent for you! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Melissa Izatt and team!
