I've used this office for over a decade. Been on autopay for renters and car insurance. Last October this awful office cancelled just our car insurance policy without notice. Kept autopay for renters. Then became impossible to get a response by email or phone. Now I'll have to go through the BBB and a lawyer to resolve all the issues this office has caused. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this office at all costs! Because costing you is what they'll do!

Let some say Dave was awesome , friendly and nice ! My favorite part he wasn’t pushy just laid out the prices and was very quick with answering all of my questions !! Seems like State Farm has won my business for a lifetime . BTW DID I MENTION I ALSO GOT TO MEET AUSTIN HAYS FROM THE BALTIMORE ORIOLES !! ThAnk you all and specially Dave !!

I have been with State Farm personally Patrick since I was 17-18 years old. Marianne is absolutely amazing to work with and she truly goes above and beyond for the clients to help them get them what they need. She has made adding my husbands truck smooth sailing. She hands down is the best!!!!!

I called this morning 7.10.2023 to make my payment. I had the pleasure to speak with Kelly. I had a couple questions for her, she placed me on hold for a few seconds came back with all the answers to my questions. The customer service you get from this office is impeccable!!
MaryAnn, Kelly and Max are very professional. Some days you may get Sandy, her customer service is impeccable as well.
If you need and are looking for auto, home or other insurance this is the agent you want coverage from!
Patrick Starleper and his other agents are top notch professionals and do a job well done!! What a great way to start a Monday. All my worries went away, thanks Kelly!!

The staff here used to be amazing but not anymore. When I left State Farm, a representative flagged my insurance as not having any insurance with the mva. The MVA stated that because this was done. I had to wait for my new insurance to remove it. Due to the date that it was placed on my account with State Farm was and is a huge problem and this is still an ongoing issue for over 3 months. If you leave State Farm tell your new insurance company to confirm coverage to the MVA. State Farm was unable to find that they even flagged my account according to the representative. So I wouldn't go back to this office for this reason.

My wife and I have been with Patrick since 2008 and could not be more happier with our choice. Patrick and his dedicated team have always made sure that all of our insurance needs are met. Cannot say enough good things about Maryann and the rest of his staff who are always looking out for us with friendly reminders of due dates, upcoming changes, etc. Their "Customer Focus/Service" is by far the best I have ever experienced in any industry.
