This Del One branch is ghetto, despite having an appointment you may end up waiting for 15-20 minutes just to get serviced. The Manager Lisa definitely does not know what the heck she be doing. I don’t know who gave her that position. I would recommend giving that position to one of the tellers but they’re not professional at all. Wearing crocs to work in a financial branch is an all time low.

Staff not very welcoming as a new branch. I've been with DelOne for 10+ years and felt like i was a bother just trying to make a deposit. I'd prefer the ATM to avoid dry attitudes.
