I had the best experience with branch assistant manager Sherri. She was very knowledgeable about their products and service. Sherri helped making my decision easy. Why is it taking so long for them to put it back in the Plaza, having it there was a real convenience. I understand it got robbed but if this was in another demographic of a neighborhood, it would have been fixed and up and running with extra security measures.

I went to the branch to make a withdrawal. I was greeted with warm welcome and walked to Financial Services Representative, Antoine. He was very polite and efficient! I truly appreciate the great customer service that is being delivered at this Andrews FCU location!

So, I went to this CU yesterday to make a deposit for a friend, and I came out a member. I've been looking for a new CU since they closed my local Signal FCU in Largo last year. I was thinking about checking this location out bcs it's in my neighborhood. I'm so happy I went here. The people were absolutely amazing. I know I looked confused when I walked in. 😆 I was looking for the teller windows. There weren't any. Just a row of desks. While I was trying to figure that out, Ms Sherri came out and asked how she could help. Such a nice lady. I told her why I was there. She took me to her desk. Completed the transaction. Then answered some questions I had for her. It was like talking to an old friend. I had to excuse myself and go retrieve my hubby, who was waiting outside in the truck. He came inside and agreed with me that we should, indeed, open our accounts. So, we did. Thank you so much, Sherri. Your kindness and customer service was impeccable. I'm such a stickler for customer service and you did not disappoint. We were also introduced to everyone who was working yesterday. Great group of people. See you guys at the Grand Opening this Saturday!!
