The first person, Debrea, I spoke to and took my application, was personable, professional and quite efficient. Carolina Carter was super knowledgeable and helpful with my closing as well as bringing to my attention the opportunity to transfer a high interest rate balance to a much lower interest rate! Both these individuals are true assets to the credit union!!
