I don't feel safe withdrawing money other customers are right there to see how much you are withdrawing when it comes out of the machine thinking about closing my account

This is one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t advocate for their customers. You report fraud and they don’t do anything about it. They harass u endlessly. All I am trying to do is close my account. I have done everything I have been asked to do and the accounts remain open. Then when you reach out to a contact they are quick to pass the buck instead of trying to assist you because you already frustrated. All I want is my accounts closed!!

I had an excellent experience here with Katina Anderson. I came in sad and she turned my sadness into gladness. What outstanding customer service she gave!! Being a senior, she even made it more efficient for me to make automatic car payments via transfer.. Without her instructions I could not have done this on my own. I am so grateful that she suggested to assist me after standing in line to pay my note. So much appreciated. I feel so relieved now!! Oh what a wonderful feeling!!! She definitely deserve a raise. She really went out of her way to satisfy me as a happy customer. I use to be a Customer Service Supervisor and a GOLD Standard Trainer for the State of Maryland under Governor Hogan. I spoke with Nicole Bossard-Mack who is an outstanding customer service representative for ESFCU . I was dealing with a fraudulent claim and she was very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She process my claim and she was able to resolve the problem. I have not meant anyone else with her capabilities to remain calm but effective. Thank you Nicole for saving my dignity and following through on my account.

This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. They have constantly taken fees/money from my account. They don’t give loans and I do not have bad credit with great payment history. My loan was denied and I never got a phone call or email notifying me of the status. I had to call myself. They also denied my mom’s loan who has great credit! She switched to Navy Federal. You would be better off banking with Chime and cash app! Now I’ve been on hold for 5mins to close the account!

This is the worst bank I have ever experienced. I have an auto loan through them. I received a great rate, but I wish I went with someone else. They are disorganized and make gross mistakes. They have taken duplicate payments out of my accounts and taken money out of must savings...without authorization and reason. I have to continuously call and get them to correct the error. When fixing the error, they end up making it worse.

To whom it may concern:
Nicole and Nana went to a great deal of trouble on my behalf to track down proof that I had paid off my 2006 Toyota Corolla in 2011. I was in the process of selling the above car. The buyer was told by the DMV that he needed a hard copy of the lien letter from ESFCU documenting that I had paid off the car. Thanks to Nicole and Nana I got it! Because a manager wasn’t available at your Greenbelt branch, they referred me to your Bowie branch where the manager Sonya would sign the lien letter. Mission accomplished! I greatly appreciated the kindness, patience, warmth and professionalism of Nicole and Nana. Also many thanks to Ayisha (at your contact center) and Sonya and Doris at (your Bowie branch)! Your staff is outstanding!
