If I could have a zero stars I would

Worked with Tim at the agency and when I tell my experience has been a totally nightmare with dealing with them. As this company is a totally sham and does not have very good business practices. I would suggest you find another insurance agency as this agency is not equipped. They are a low ball company.

As a first time homebuyer it was suggested by my loan officer to give them a try, worst mistake of my life. As I received a call from Tim stating that they are canceling my homeowner insurance because my roof was in poor condition as they is not true. No one ever came out to my home to inspect my roof so they are not being very forthcoming. The life of a roof is 30 years and my mines is 15 years old. The did not do their due diligence before stating a false claim.

I am happy that I have severed the relationship with this company as they are below my standards anyway. GO TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!

We've worked with Tim Grover with Reilly for several years (auto/homeowners) and couldn't be happier with the quality of service, attentiveness, and professionalism. As two very busy individuals, Tim has always gone above and beyond in making sure we are up to date, covered, and understand all of our options, even when we don't think to ask, or have last-minute needs or questions. A very personable experience that you wouldn't necessarily expect from an insurance provider.

We've worked with Reily insurance for a few years (home & auto), specifically Tim Grover, and couldn't be happier. Over the years we've changed our home plan (bought a new house) and added auto (previously carless) and Tim is always thoughtful and thorough when discussing new coverage. He explains the limits he suggests and doesn't try to oversell insurance.

I've had to file a couple claims on our homeowners policy (burst pipe and damaged ring). Tim was extremely responsive and the adjuster was responsive and helpful. Each time the claims process couldn't have been easier. Was not the nightmare I'd heard stories others have had filing claims with other insurance companies. Highly recommended.

On December 31, 2010, my home caught fire, resulting in over $350,000 in damage. Nationwide was on the phone with me while the fire department was still trying to fight the blaze. They arranged to have my windows boarded up in the middle of the night, and the next morning someone arrives with a $25,000 check to help us start to rebuild our lives after the total destruction of our home. Nationwide also arranged for a company to come out and begin the process of sifting through the ashes to find what might be salvageable. Estimators from Nationwide were onsite in a couple of days to completely assess the damage, and Nationwide cut several large checks to rebuild our home within two weeks.

During the reconstruction process, we found more damage than was previously estimated, and we had to incur additional costs to cover construction code issues. Nationwide covered all of these costs, both in the reconstruction of our home and the replacement of our personal property. This is an awesome insurance company, and Rich Reilly's agents were with us throughout the entire ordeal. I am especially grateful to Susie Stennett at Rich Reilly for the help she provided. I cannot imagine having any other insurance company other than Nationwide after what our family experienced.

Wow! Insurance folks that are nice, honest, and straight shooters! Rich came right and told me my current policy was air tight. No hard sell, no scare tactics- just good information relayed in a friendly way. Definitely the go to folks for insurance in Crofton!
