Roxanne has been the best agent that I have had since I have had car insurance. She is super helpful make me feel comfortable and she always go above and beyond to make sure that am satisfied and all of my insurance needs are met. I have very little to no knowledge of other companies policies. However, at this Allstate facility, I appreciate the consistency of fully answering my questions with legitimate information that I can clearly understand. Their efforts to keep me on point and up to date with payments passed due, up in coming and current statutes. And so far, within a 2 year span, that's all I've had a need to inquire or know about. Ms. Priscilla Gaillard and her staff are great to speak with and pleasantly responsive to questions asked. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I absolutely hate this location. The reps, especially Priscilla, act like they cannot be bothered with their job. They pass you off to others and don’t answer the questions they are asked. I’m constantly jumping through hoops for the smallest amount of information. I’ve had to deal with these people through Allstate AND Maif and do not recommend them at all. If you can find another insurance agent, do so.
