I had State Farm insurance through Barry Pope’s office for a little over 5 years. I have had a terrible experience with Gabriella in particular on multiple occasions. She is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. I’ve had no issues with Colleen or Barry Pope himself when I am able to speak with them but Gabriella has been rude on several different occasions. I would give her a zero on customer service if I could. She is the reason I have chosen to go with a different insurance company because I never want to deal with her customer service again.

Now almost 15 years later, I still use State Farm primarily because of the service I get when I call. Someone always answers, and everyone in the office is super helpful. Most recently, I experienced a total loss of one of my vehicles and the whole process has been a nightmare. However, having people on my side like Gabriella made things a lot easier.
