If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend rented two different properties and maintained a positive, consistent and communicative tenancy. But, despite always paying rent (even before the first of the month) and all of the excessive fees and charges, Niki was still very determined to suck every penny out of him and take his willingness to accommodate her every wish for granted. Also, her “walk throughs” that she did every 3 months were annoying and almost an invasion of privacy. Overall, despite attempting to please ms niki and keep a positive and civil rental experience, it was a nightmare and would definitely recommend to steer clear of this company.

After reading the managers responses to the reviews and exposing her complete unprofessional conduct I think that we have dodged a bullet. Thank goodness for google reviews.

As a tenant and college student, I have dealt with a few different real estate management companies in Greeley. Nikki at Key Property was BY FAR the best that I have dealt with. It is so much to ask for an honest and personable individual in a professional setting like her. There is a seemingly overwhelmingly amount of unscrupulous management companies in the area that lie and put on masquerades until you get a problem that they must deal with. That is not the way Key Property operates. The only issue with my unit was a random pipe leak in the ceiling above my sink and it was dealt with promptly and properly - and I wasn't billed for it after I moved out, which is something that many others would try to do to you. Nikki actually cares and it shows. It's a great feeling to have someone as genuinely kind as her, and to feel safe in the hands of a landlord is priceless. Consider yourself lucky if you sign a lease with Key Property, and don't let it go.

Worst Property management i’ve had to deal with. Niki would call multiple times throughout the week and weekend when it was convenient for her, but when we needed anything she would skip around it. Walk throughs we’re never a quick thing she would always overstay her welcome sitting on our couch, looking at our stuff and talking about unnecessary things . Her computer system would reject our rent payment almost every month when money wasn’t the problem and then blame us when we had proof showing we paid and it was her side that rejected it. Our security deposit was $1600 and she kept half of it for normal wear and tear including light bulbs, “mud”(dust) and “germy” curtains and windows. Have never been so relieved to not have to deal with someone ever again. I would rate 0 stars if i could.

I’ve had the privilege to work with Niki for probably 10 years and 2 different properties NEVER a problem that I had to worry about. She was very efficient and took care of everything. Very professional, knowledgeable and proficient.

Unwilling to work with me. Asked if a service animal was welcome and all I got was "Sorry just really busy. Maybe this isn’t the property for you." Instead of a more professional answer. I told them I would come sign papers today but they are unwilling to work with VETERANS of the AFGHANISTAN WAR and their service pets. Terrible response time. Reading some of the other terrible reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet, thank you Nikki. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
