He was very competent, however very slow. We went to him the second week in February to file our very simple straightforward taxes and do an amended tax return. He did not file our taxes until the second week in April. To our surprise, when we went to pick up our tax return, he said he completed our taxes but would do the amended return later. Took about another month. If you go to him, expect to wait a very long time. Or ask if he can guarantee EVERYTHING to be done by a certain date. We are still waiting for our amended return refund!

He did a good job with the taxes themselves though, which is why I gave him a 4 star review.

Mr. Waller has been my tax advisor for approximately 8 years .In that time I have found him to be unfailingly knowledgable, professional, and reliable. I have relied on his expertise and have yet to find him wanting...truth is that will never happen.
Good quality and good value in this context would be like asking if a surgeon performed an appendectomy on you and you had to check his/her "good quality" or his/her "good value" in that circumstance.
