ARC was very professional in their management of our last rental apartment. In the two years that my husband and I lived there, they were very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose. We fortunately didn’t need maintenance too often, but the times that we did, their communication was quick and efficient. Their online portal was also very easy to access and navigate so we could pay rent in a timely manner. When we had to move out as the owner decided to sell, they helped us secure a new residence by providing a reference for our new apartment. I highly recommend them for any owner looking for a property manager.
