I’ve had an ongoing negative experience with Farhat Realty Management, which has been marked by dishonesty, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. Despite raising numerous concerns about building maintenance, including water leaks and other pressing issues, these matters were consistently ignored. The lack of transparency from Farhat Realty Management has been frustrating, and they seem more interested in maintaining control than actually serving the shareholders.

When I tried to bring the community together to address these issues, their response was retaliatory rather than constructive. Their approach has not only created division but has also undermined the unity needed for a cooperative to function effectively.

Unfortunately, instead of acting in the best interests of the shareholders, Farhat Realty Management has focused on spreading misinformation and avoiding accountability. I cannot recommend this management company to anyone looking for honest and professional service.

Mr. Moses Farhat has been managing 2750 Olinville Ave for over 15 years. When Mr. Farhat took over Olinville, we were in near bankruptcy. He managed to help the shareholders not lose their homes.
