This has been the worst agency I have ever dealt with. The agents are less than acceptable. They have made unacceptable mistakes.
What you can do is answer your phone. Return my call, to fix the matter of me not having insurance coverage for four months.

Since purchasing a home, I have received several requests from Ahbe group about the start of a homeowners policy that I had never signed up for, including multiple requests for payment. this payment requests have included several threats to send to collections for coverage that I did not agree/request at any time do to non-payment as I have my legitimate policy already. I do not appreciate being threatened with collection for policies that I did not request or approve.

We have the misfortune of using the unscrupulous apathetic and incompetent group for nearly a year. I pay my premiums a year in advance and any questions must be answered via the agent Michael Hill. The problem with this guy is he doesn't respond to phone call, text nor email. His apathetic attitude caused me to take all my considerable business elsewhere. He still doesn't act. 2 months later collections contracts me because this guy failed to cancel my policies despite repeated requests. I had to take the time to prove his negligence and now the insurance is failing to refund my paid premiums despite proof of cancellation and declaration pages of new insurance.

Save your money and time, seek a reputable service.

If I could rate half a star I would. This is not my insurance company, rather the insurance company I'm dealing with from an auto accident. Mark does not respond to emails nor voicemails. In order for us to communicate, I have to hound after him, calling the office repeatedly. I've called to speak with the manager twice now, each time he just so happens to be out of the office, and I'm forwarded to his voicemail. The accident has taken place almost 2 weeks ago, and it seems to me that there is no sense of urgency. Horrible insurance agency. Hope no one will have to deal with the mess I'm dealing with.

I have worked with The Ahbe Group:TAG Highlands Ranch for over 3 years now. Erich has been amazing to work with. As a business owner they have done wonders to help me out with all my business/commercial insurance needs. From Auto to work comp, property Liability, ect. Their response time is incredible. Anytime I need anything I can call them up and they are on it immediately. I wouldn't think of using any one else. Will not answer the phone or return calls. Thankfully Nationwide was able to help us out. I advised them that vendors like these are why customers cancel their policies.

They raised our rates significantly to the point they were about 80 percent over other options. Then they did not cancel the policy on our request.
