Lisa, is WONDERFUL, her sincere concern for the clients( tenants), is awesome. She walks you through the home and is looking at the home with you. She takes her time to answer all questions, knowledge of the area and knows the home history(build, updates), no papers necessary (shows she cares for the home) too.
Lisa makes you feel WELCOME to the home.

Richard, the owner, has been extremely unprofessional and downright rude. My husband asked him to correct 3 errors in the contract, and he called my husband a “man-Karen” saying he was being difficult. He told my realtor that she’s a woman and just doesn’t understand certain things. In walking the property a second time, we found needles in the kitchen cabinets among other things. No response from Richard when asked to address our latest concerns. We haven’t even moved in. I’m thinking we have made a mistake. Watch out for Richard if you are considering leasing from Keycenter DFW….
