Greetings , I’ve emailed several times about my concerns. I’ve reach out to the management on several occasions. I’ve come into the office to speak with management and regional about my concerns.

It’s my understanding that the Regional manager Lilly is the one that has to issue me my credit to my account and resolve my issues. When I spoke with her last week she said she was gonna email me but never did.

I feel things are gradually getting more out of hand at the place where I call home.

The Harlowe need a class action lawsuit for the crime, property destruction, and theft of neighboring properties. I’ve retained an attorney in this matter because, I’ve been in the hospital several times due to the upkeep of this property.

I’m diagnosed with Lupus SLE. Under no circumstances no one with my health conditions should endure mold, smelly or unkept property due to negligence.

When I fell in the ditch in July I’ve been in the hospital non stop.

I’ve been threatened on this property by a visitor of someone else apartment. I filed a police report and provide the office with a copy.

I never received my credit to my electric which I’ve been patiently waiting on.

My ceiling has leak twice while living here and it’s still not fix which is leading me to calling FEMA.

I have medical bills from the fall and went to see the doctor when I got threatened. Ive been under medical care since then.

I’ve spoken with the detective twice because the person is still on the property.

This has never been a nice place to be in since moving here. The Harlowe imports crime in by the visitors that are unoccupied tenants, an attempt to destroy our communities and push us out of our homes. No activities, no use of the amenities that they show you upon moving in. Children have no place to play. Stop renting out unkept units to tenants who spending their hard working money. They are towing everyone vehicles that are residents just for parking.

This property was an on motel. On the inside of our homes it looks like an extended stay. With carpet outside your door going through the halls and breeze ways which is never cleaned my I add. It’s disgusting, a health violation. When it rains the rug outside, just takes in that dirty rain. Leaving the carpet to smell and have an odor, due to they never clean it. You would notice if they did.

They built this roach infested community here and don’t want to keep it up . I’m charge for pest control but never see pest control. The elevator never works, when this is primarily still a disabled community. There is no dishwasher for the price.

My tenants rights have been violated. My disability rights have been violated. My civil rights have been violated and the absolute worst is to have your Human Rights violated. This needs to be addressed within 48 hours. This is an urgent email. Requiring an urgent response.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time or money here. They are constantly raising the prices, every month my rent is a different price. They never fix anything. Currently I have 2 window units because they are too cheap to fix the air conditioner. I pray that all the cold weather is gone, because I have no heat in my apartment. Every since my neighbors above me moved, all of their roaches been coming down into my apartment. I have constantly begged for pest control, but no one seems to care. All they want is money.

Currently living in a property, Dodson Apartments managed by Fairmont in Tyler, TX... Removed from my apartment for over a week for maintenance. Accommodated in an unfurnished apartment with irregular amenities for that time. When asked for a discount on rent for the time I was not able to live in my apartment, they refused.

It is a very reasonable request. Until this point I have had no cause for frustration, and it is my genuine hope that we can return to an amiable, professional relationship with a reasonable conversation and resolution.

The local representatives, the humans I have talked to? Kind, professional caring. The apartments? Competitively priced and well-maintained. But the policies from above? They give me pause.

Actively pushing for reconsideration. Appropriate outcome, I get a $300 (proportional) discount on next month's rent. If they are professional and reasonable, I will update this review to give them due credit. Otherwise, in light of other reviews left on this site, do business with care.

P.S. They also have a $100 charge on my account that they absolutely refuse to remove even though it is a penalty for renters' insurance I am already paying for. I am starting to wonder if they are actually a legitimate business, and if they would survive an audit.

I was a resident for 6plus years Falls and Oak Village, the new management is horrible, i had racist neighbor the office didn't nothing about it. I had to call the police over and over, Trash everywhere, staff is lazy, Now that i moved they are holding my refund check. I advise people do not move into the Falls and Oak Village.

I wish I can put zero stars in they are playing with my livelihood stating that I didn’t pay rent in full, which my bank statement says otherwise a bank statement doesn’t lie I was given a three day notice. They do not care they just want the money. Wish I was never late don’t understand how they don’t see my payment when my bank statement says otherwise.

OAK LAWN HEIGHTS My husband and 1 year old daughter fell going up the stairs due to a step that broke because of the lack of propery management I have called Fairmount Management which owns oak lawn heights and I have not got any response from the manager Crystal herself. When I called the were rude and it let's me know how much they take care of their residents. I should have listened to previous residents reviews before coming to live here. It nearly killed my husband and daughter. They are badly injured but Thank God their alive. The rent is too much the bills are as well and this place is old and nearly or should I say literally falling apart. Theirs mold water damages in walls the level is uneven the ceiling is falling and it is very dangerous to live here. 100% do not suggest for you to live here.

No organization, they're constantly dropping the ball in everything they do. They take on way too much and their employees seem like they're right out of high-school and this is their first job. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Oaks Branch Apts property Mgmt does not care about its tenants. The property is infested with WOOD RATS and new Mgr Esther is never in the office. She doesn't respond to messages. I am out asap.
