Before the holidays we had a little mud slide that completely covered our way out to the walkway. I emailed the manager and she said she couldn’t open the photos and then called me rude when I wondered why. I sent them again and she said she would have the landscapers fix it since they were already here. Instead she decided to not fix the problem and take off on vacation until the holidays were over. My mom is 86 and uses a walker and was slipping on the mud which froze. It is still not resolved and is worse than before. I don’t think she has any intention on fixing the problem..

Client of 34 years - same as so many others, have send several emails and left voice mails for Tiffany Hannah and no response. Finally tried to fill out "contact us" form on the website and still no response. Part of her contact information states "Together we can overcome the greatest challenges. Thank you for your partnership. We look forward to serving your community with professionalism and transparency from day one." That's hard to do if you can't be reached, don't pay your client's bills (our property insurance was cancelled because of this) and don't fulfill other contractual obligations.

This is the worst Management Company. I live in Clarksville, Tennessee and have written the Management in Brentwood and they never respond back. My neighbor has written them with concerns and he has never received a response. They do not care at all, their end goal is making money for themselves, not the home owners. My neighbor said, "I've given up." Think twice before purchasing a home with Associa as the Management Company. Completely unprofessional.

I received a HOA warning letter for having weeds in the flowerbed last October. I took care of the issue immediately but later in November I found in my account a $50 penalty. I contacted the Community Association Manager Kailey Jordan for help. She was very friendly, responsible and diligent in her work. The penalty was waived thanks to her help.

If I could give zero stars I would. See the attached screen shots. Email sent on Monday, Google review left on Tuesday and Wednesday get a reply to email the person I already emailed 2 days ago. With a title clearly stating I wanted to make a formal complaint. And no they have not replied to the email I sent on Monday.
It’s quite telling of a company that checks their reviews and replies faster than to their own emails, telling you to email them to have your issue resolved. Apparently they care more about their social image than actually taking care of your issues.

As a business owner I know that it is a requirement that you have respect for your customers. As a homeowner, I have been shown absolutely none from Associa. Their front page is full of glowing reviews that they have plucked from various points. But if you look into any of the reviews they don't highlight you will find far more people like me: ignored, treated as though their problems are inconsequential, and forced to waste time we don't have trying to resolve those problems.

There are very few companies I would actively avoid in my future business dealings. This is one of them. If you are planning on hiring a management company for your community, just trust me and find someone else. If you need 189 other reviews that will echo my own, contact anyone inside the Stanton Farms Townhome community in Littleton. We'll all happily tell you how wretchedly this company treats its community's residents.

The worst property management ever! So many of us have been trying to reach someone at Associa, but no one responds. Yet they send us message for things they want to complain to us about!!! I just need the master insurance document, have asked 5 times. My mortgage company must have it and Associa knows this, but they don't respond. We need mulch around the building...they won't do it so sand blows into my patio door tracks. Doors desperately need to be painted. it's just said.

I called in due to my health issues and being a widow of 75 years old had informed them that I’ve been here for almost 30 years that I was not able to take care of the painting of my garage door. My yard is done every two weeks for the past 10 years. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she addressed my issues so I don’t have to worry about it. I can take care of it after the new year when I am able to healthwise. thank you for being considerate of my needs at this time in my life
