It was so refreshing to find an insurance company that was able to find us coverage that was affordable and do it quickly. I've never been spoken to like that over the phone. I'm a first time insurance shopper and called with a few questions since my situation is particularly complicated. I was hoping to just talk through it with a professional and get some answers as to what I need to do and in what order. After 6 minutes of Chris yelling at me over the phone and telling me he can't help me unless I commit to buying a type of policy I've never heard of RIGHT NOW, I started crying and hung up. Not really sure what just happened, but don't call here to get help with insurance unless you already know exactly what you want and have no questions, which would defeat the purpose of this agency anyways. So just save yourself some time and stress and go literally anywhere else.
