Kevin & Jeff have always treated me in a very professional way. Anytime I’ve had to call them with questions, they have taken the time to explain things thoroughly. Plus when I’ve called, they always knew exactly who I was, which is nice when you’re conducting business. Plus, they very promptly return calls, always. I have used this office since we moved to Boulder back in 2017. I have my homeowners insurance, our autos and our motorcycle covered with Farmers. I would like to thank Kevin Ratzlaff for the professional way he assisted me changing insurance companies. After 50+ years with another agent I went on line to locate a better rate. I talked with Kevin once and he seemed like a nice guy. On subsequent calls nobody answered the phone. Beyond this particular agent, but we cancelled our policies with Farmer's because we saw unjustifiable average rate increases of more than 15% per year since our policy began several years ago. This continued until we realized we were paying literally thousands more per year than the same policy elsewhere. This was basically a money grab as it wasn't proportional to home value increases and no claims were filed. Farmers and other insurance companies that used to operate on the level have taken advantage of weak state regulations to increase profits at the expense of their responsible policy holders. Find an independent broker who is legally obligated find the best policy deal for you.

The worst insurance broker I've ever had the misfortune to work with. When I told him my concern, he accused me of lying and referred me to someone else, even though he was the only one who could help. His response time is measured in weeks. As of this writing is been two weeks since he last responded to me. I suspect he just collects payments from online customers he never deals with, because his service is abysmal. Do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else.

This is the WORST insurance agency I have ever experienced! They added 8 drivers to my policy, did nothing to fix it. They NEVER answer the phones or return phone calls on problems they created. So I switched offices and when I signed EFT, they pulled a payment 4x the amount due.
