I would’ve given him 1/5th of a star if it was an option! Worst experience with an agent I’ve ever had! I was a framers agent for 6 years, he took over my book of business! He never contacted most of my BOB clients nor myself or my wife! For the first year since he took over my BOB I had clients call me that they have no idea who he is and he is unreachable! For two years my wife tried contacting him, and he never returned a phone call! I emailed Farmers through the Farmers portal about my policy and I never received in the last 3 years, one renewal notice, dec page or an email or call from him! Unacceptable! I used to follow up with all my clients every 6 months for risk management reviews, and send renewal info and options three weeks beofre the renewal date! My policy kept increasing and I have no clue why? I never had an option to opt out and try a different company! My ins policy was getting paid through escrow and he just didn’t care! I will file a complaint with the Colorado Insurance commissioner and Dora against him!
A public request for you Greg, cancel my home insurance effective Oct 1st, 2024 and email me all last three years of renewals and dec pages for each year; from July 2021!
