Tad spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me on a Friday afternoon with zero notice. He explained every step of the process, every option, and was incredibly patient while I figured out what I wanted. He then spent the time to make sure the coverage date was right, and though there were several glitches in the system he stuck with me till he made it work out in the end. Also, he was just incredibly kind, understanding and caring the whole time. Felt like I'd just asked for help from a friendly neighbor.

I'd tried the broker service once before and was left way more confused and unsettled than when I'd started. So -- I know what I'm talking about when I say I really recommend Tad!!

I used Tad to obtain health insurance for one employee in my company after we downsized and left a PEO. She quit in December and I informed Tad to cancel the policy. He did not until April.. he agreed to refund me the money for the proof of Jan-April. After multiple attempts to contact him, and multiple times he said he sent it, we have not received a refund that totals about $800. I would not recommend using him.
