DO NOT waste your time with this individual. He will NOT be helpful in the least. All we asked him to do was fill out an 1120 S Form and after 2 weeks he wanted to file extensions and continue to him and ha as to why he wasn't getting it done. Instead, he chose to look back and audit our books from prior years and request an ammendment be made without even asking ANY clarification. This CPA is not to be trusted with your taxes.
