I am currently renting with His House property management. To be honest I was skeptical at first. I thought the application was slightly rigorous. But through it there was always someone there willing to talk to me and answer my questions. After that the transition has been smooth! I appreciate the reminders they send for maintenance and when I had an issue with the garage door, it took only 3 hrs to get it repaired. So far, I’ve had a great experience using this company.
