ITRG has been amazing! My boyfriend and I moved in together a week before Christmas of 2023 and every step of the moving in process went so smoothly thanks to Abby and Hazel! Abby was so kind and helpful from the first time meeting her at the apartment for a tour all the way up to moving in!
After moving in, we were then introduced to Hazel and she has been amazing at helping with submitting maintenance requests for me and making sure that the repairs are followed through with. Both Abby and Hazel are so sweet and I doubt you’ll find their type of care and compassion at any other property management company.
The apartment itself has been great as well! For being an older property, the inside is very modern and nicely kept up. The spacious layout, nice sized kitchen, and laminate flooring throughout the entire apartment is what sold us on it! I also love that each apartment has their own individual street address, at least for the property that I am at. It made the whole process of changing addresses so much easier and makes deliveries that much easier.

If you come across a property that is managed by ITRG, expect nothing less than greatness! 10/10 recommend this property management company!

Michael and his team were very professional in the handling of the sale of my dad’s house. He understood the sensitivity of dealing with a family that was going through a hard time. He was very upfront with me about his plan to move forward in the sale of the estate, keep me informed in every step along the way. A lot of people tried to take advantage of the sale due to it being in probate. Michael did not allow that to happen, his actions led us to get the most money we could have. The team he has formed really makes you feel like you are about of the family. I would recommend 10/10 times to anybody.

We’ve been working with the ITRG management team for about 2 months now and have been really happy with how they are handling our 24-unit complex. We always find them to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, making this transition period easy. Communication has also been great with both us and our residents.

Worst place to rent from!!! First they don’t answer their maintenance orders in a timely manner. I reported termites and not once did they come to check that out after repeatedly asking. Second they play games/run around on the phone and no one seems to be on the same page about anything. Example, I am moving out & had 3 different people email about the same thing after already speaking to one person about it. Third they will try to get you for all your deposit when you move out. They charged me almost $800 for paint, that’s normal wear and tear. We did the walk through with the president of the company (Michael Cirrito) on June 1st and he stated everything look good except the back kitchen door glass. All of a sudden there’s another walk through after me being gone for almost a month then I get mail that I was charged and they took my deposit. Daniel Torro who is the property owner at 2581 2nd Street La Verne CA 91750 talks a lot but does not stand on his word. When we first moved, I explained the issue we had with the move out at last place, they had us do a lot, patch walls, etc. Danny told us we didn’t have to worry about patching walls but again here I am being charged for it. The companies communication is horrible! THEY ARE LIARS!!!

My husband and I recently applied for a townhome through Investors Trust. The management of the property we applied to explicitly told us that ITRG did no base approval on creditworthiness. We took a leap of faith and applied. We were rejected the morning after with a very generic letter stating the decision was based off of our credit. I don't know why these rental companies expect perfect credit in this day and age, and with this economy. If I had perfect credit I wouldn't be renting I'd be buying....but hey. They'll continue to take your money no problem!! The only reason this place got two stars is because I received an even more generic response after emailing asking for a more detailed letter as to why we were rejected as tenants. Which I have still yet to receive.

Rarely have I had an out of this world experience with a property management company, but ITRG is the exception! They are communicative, prompt, kind, and have a great portal for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests. I highly recommend!
